Pricing & Plans

The free trial includes:

  • Full access to all Breez features
  • High precision microphone set (shipped to you)
  • Unlimited recordings and notes
  • Email and chat support
  • £0 charged during the trial (a payment method is required to activate your account)

After 30 days, you'll be billed from £100 + VAT per device / month unless you cancel.

You pay per device — each device is one Breez setup, with its own login and microphone.

Yes! Every device includes a high-precision microphone set, shipped to you when you subscribe. It's provided as part of your subscription and remains Breez property; if you cancel, you return it. See our Data & Security page for return details.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term contracts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

For practices requiring 10+ devices or with special requirements, we offer custom pricing and tailored packages for larger practices. Please contact our sales team for a quote.

Step 1: Charge the mics in the case, then take one for you and place one by the chair

Step 2: Plug the USB-C wireless receiver into your computer — Windows recognises it automatically (no drivers needed)

Step 3: Log in to your Breez account

Step 4: Click "Test Microphone" in settings to verify it's working

Using Breez

It's a single button! Here's the workflow:

  1. Before appointment: Open the Breez app and log in
  2. When patient arrives: Click the big green "Start Recording" button
  3. During appointment: Speak naturally as you work - Breez captures everything
  4. After appointment: Click "Stop Recording"
  5. Review notes: AI-generated notes appear in under a minute

Review, tweak anything you want, and you're done — no typing from scratch.

Yes! All notes are fully editable. After recording:

  • Review the AI-generated notes
  • Click any section to edit directly
  • Add additional details or corrections
  • Click "Save" when done

Most dentists make minor tweaks (2-3 minutes) vs. 15+ minutes of manual typing.

After each appointment, Breez writes the note for you. Click Save & Copy to copy it to your clipboard, then paste it straight into your patient file or practice management system — Dentally, Software of Excellence, Carestream Dental, and others.

That's the whole process: review, one click to copy, and paste it across.

Yes.

  • Choose from note templates so notes follow the structure you prefer
  • Want a custom template? Just ask in the in-app chat and we'll set it up for you
  • Every note is fully editable

Open the "History" tab in your dashboard. You can:

  • View all past recordings, organised by date
  • Open any past note to view or edit it
  • Copy a note to your clipboard to reuse it

Devices & Support

The Breez desktop app runs on:

  • Windows: Windows 10 or later

Note: A desktop or laptop computer is required. Tablets and mobile devices are not currently supported.
