Your notes & patient privacy

The clinical notes Breez produces are written to be free of patient-identifiable details — the note focuses on the clinical content, not on who the patient is. Your recording is used only to create that note. We never sell your data, and we don't use identifiable clinical information for advertising or marketing.

Where your data is stored & how it's protected

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
• Clinical data is hosted in our UK / EEA (Western-Europe) region.
• Some processing — such as generating your notes — is carried out by trusted providers, some of which operate outside the UK, always under UK-GDPR safeguards.
• Regular security audits and penetration testing.
• A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.

How long we keep your data

We retain clinical recordings and notes in line with UK dental record-keeping guidance. You can request deletion of your data at any time, subject to any legal retention requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

What happens if you cancel

• You'll have 30 days after cancellation to download your recordings and notes.
• After that, your account access is removed. Some records may be kept where required by law or for legitimate business reasons; you can request deletion, subject to those obligations.

Your microphone — returns & warranty

• The microphone is provided as part of your subscription and remains Breez property.
• If you cancel, return it within 30 days using the prepaid label we send you. If it isn't returned (or is returned damaged), a fee of £100 may apply.
• Damaged on arrival? Contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
• A 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects. Replacement units for accidental damage are available for £75.
